Remedy Scholarship
At Remedy Therapy Center for Eating Disorders, we believe in supporting the next generation of students who are passionate about creating healthier, more compassionate communities. Through our annual scholarship program, we hope to encourage students to think critically about mental health, social well-being, and the impact of positive change in today’s world.
Scholarship Overview
This scholarship is open to current U.S. high school and college students who are enrolled at an accredited university, community college, or high school. One winner will receive a $500 gift card to support their educational goals.
Our goal is to promote awareness of mental health and emotional wellness among students — empowering them to start conversations that make a difference.
EligibilityRequirements
Be a current high school or college student in the United States.
Be enrolled at an accredited university, community college, or high school at the time of application.
Be 18 years of age or older at the time of receiving the award.
Submit a complete essay following the guidelines below before the deadline.
Note: Students under 18 may apply, but only those 18 or older will be eligible to receive the prize.
Application Requirements
Applicants must submit an original essay of at least 800 words that answers the prompt below. Essays should be typed, double-spaced, and submitted as a Word document or PDF file.
Essay Prompt: Describe how to create a healthier social media feed.
Students are encouraged to approach the topic creatively, whether through personal insight, research-based suggestions, or thoughtful advice. The goal is to inspire understanding, empathy, and awareness around mental health and emotional well-being.
Deadline
All submissions must be received by May 22, 2026. The winner will be notified via email in June 2026.

Selection Process
Essays will be reviewed by the Remedy Therapy clinical and outreach team. The winning essay will be selected based on:
- Originality and creativity
- Relevance to the prompt
- Clarity, structure, and writing quality
- Demonstrated thoughtfulness and sincerity
